These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in Futura Innovation Conference (“the Event”). By registering for, attending, sponsoring, or participating in the Event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Event Registration

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment (if applicable). We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion.

2. Programme Changes

Futura reserves the right to:

  • Modify speakers, agenda, venues, or format

  • Change dates or times

  • Cancel specific sessions

Such changes do not entitle attendees to refunds unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of full conference cancellation.

If the Event is cancelled, liability shall be limited to the return of registration fees paid.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay, modification, or cancellation due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Public health emergencies

  • Government restrictions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Civil unrest

5. Assumption of Risk

Attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in the Event. Futura and Adeo InterActive are not responsible for:

  • Personal injury

  • Loss or theft of property

  • Travel-related costs

6. Code of Conduct

All participants must behave professionally and respectfully.

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for violating these standards.

7. Photography, Video & Media Release

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Photographs, video recordings, and live streaming may occur

  • Your image, likeness, and voice may be captured

  • Futura may use such media for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes

If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify event staff in writing prior to participation.

8. Intellectual Property

All Event content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Futura or their respective owners. No materials may be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Speaker & Sponsor Content Disclaimer

Views expressed by speakers, sponsors, and participants are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Futura or Adeo InterActive.

The Event does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futura and Adeo InterActive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Event.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for registration.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Choose one: Ireland or State of Delaware / U.S.].
