Dennis Barry is Head of Innovate Limerick. Established by Limerick City and County Council and Enterprise Ireland, Innovate Limerick plays a key role in growing the regions business ecosystem, supporting start-ups, scale-ups and spinouts, and helping growing companies across Limerick and the wider Mid-West. They connect businesses with the programmes, workspaces and supports that enable expansion, collaboration and innovation, all anchored by our headquarters at the Engine Collaboration Centre.

With leadership experience spanning SMEs and FDI start‑ups, Dennis has held senior roles in Digital Healthcare and International database production management with end‑to‑end oversight of large global data products at scale at the intersection of operations, technology, governance and service delivery.

He holds an MSc in HRM, an MSc in Environmental Toxicology, a BSc in Biological Sciences, and multiple professional qualifications in change management, data protection and project leadership.
