Niamh Costello is CEO of CREW (Creative Enterprise West), Ireland’s Creative Enterprise & Innovation Hub. With over 25 years’ experience in organisational leadership, entrepreneurship and regional development, she has led the development of innovation ecosystems and initiatives supporting enterprise growth in the West of Ireland.

Her work brings together industry, government, higher education and European partners to drive innovation, collaboration and regional competitiveness, with a particular focus on the creative economy, emerging technologies and their potential to create new opportunities for businesses and regions.
