Camille Donegan is an immersive technology producer, consultant, and ecosystem builder with a background spanning creative media and technology. An advocate for VR, AR, and XR adoption in Ireland since 2015, she co-founded Eirmersive in 2020, Ireland’s representative body for immersive technologies, supporting 65 members across industry and academia.

With over 15 years’ experience across theatre, film, radio, and emerging technologies, Camille has produced award-winning immersive projects including The Dala Project, a VR mental health experience for teenagers, and a homelessness empathy project with the University of Galway.

As CEO of Eirmersive, she leads strategy, partnerships, and advocacy, connecting industry, academia, and the creative sector to accelerate immersive technology adoption. Her work focuses on strengthening Ireland’s immersive ecosystem, creating opportunities for members, and promoting Irish expertise internationally.
