Ken Doyle

Tech-Access Canada, Executive Director

Ken is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of expertise in federal public policy, government relations, and Canada’s innovation ecosystem. Since 2016, he has spearheaded Tech-Access Canada, the national network representing Canada’s Technology Access Centres (TACs). In this role, Ken drives initiatives that amplify innovation, foster collaboration, and help businesses—especially SMEs—turn ideas into market-ready solutions. Known for his strategic vision and engaging leadership, Ken has championed transformative programs like Interactive Visits, TAC360, and the JumpBall Initiative, showcasing the TAC network’s capacity to accelerate innovation across industries. He is a sought-after speaker, promoting the TAC model to industry leaders, policymakers, and entrepreneurs. Ken holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration and a Bachelor’s in Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University. A Certified Association Executive (CAE), he pairs technical knowledge with a collaborative mindset to lead with impact. Originally from New Brunswick and now based in Ottawa, Ken is bilingual and proudly roots his career in service to Canada’s innovation community.
