Bernie Everard is an independent consultant working in the food sector, specialising in business development, entrepreneurship, collaboration and building strong food ecosystems.

As part of her current consultancy work, Bernie is contracted as Network Manager for Midlands Flavours, supporting food and drink producers across Laois, Offaly, Westmeath and Longford to connect, collaborate, build visibility and access new opportunities.
Bernie previously led SPADE Enterprise Centre in Dublin, where she supported emerging food and beverage businesses through incubation, mentoring and specialist facilities. She also brings first-hand entrepreneurial experience in developing and bringing artisan food products to market.
