Founder of Fiorbhia Farm where he has inbedded his farm completely into his mixed species forest. This unique farm combines cattle, pigs, hens, bees and much more through the natural forest ecology to regenerate soil and enhance biodiversity all while producing nutrient dense meats and vegetables.

He has created Ireland’s first fully biological old growth agroforest system free from artificial nitrates, antibiotics and toxic sprays. All produce is sold directly suppling premium meat to top Irish chefs and local families. He hosts community events, open‑farm days, and promotes grassroots family run business and food-systems.
