Matthew is Creative Industries Manager with Arts Council of Northern Ireland and focusses on grant programme development and sector support at the intersection of the arts and technology in Northern Ireland.

He has established a range of grant programmes since 2020 which have supported over 100 projects, events and festivals in Northern Ireland using new and emerging technology within the Immersive Arts Sector allowing the creation of early-stage IP, opportunities for collaboration, and audience development.
