Allan Shine is a senior Irish business leader, public affairs specialist and strategic advisor with extensive experience across business development, infrastructure, stakeholder engagement and government relations.

Allan is Chief Executive Officer of Kildare Innovation Campus (KIC), where he is leading the development and expansion of one of Ireland’s most significant technology and innovation campuses. The 184-acre campus, located between Celbridge and Leixlip, is undergoing a €2.4 billion investment programme focused on advanced technology, innovation, life sciences, semiconductor, data centre and advanced manufacturing activity. The campus is being developed as a major employment and investment hub for the Mid-East region.
