Ross Kelly is the Group Commissioning Director and Technical Director at H&MV Engineering. A Chartered Engineer, with more than 18 years of international experience, Ross has led the delivery of major transmission, distribution, power generation, renewable energy, and data centre projects across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Ross specialises in power system commissioning, HV substations, protection and control systems, and grid integration. As Ireland’s representative on the CIGRE B5 Study Committee, Ross actively contributes to international working groups and industry conferences, presenting technical papers at leading events including CIGRE, PAC World, OMICRON, and DOBLE.
