Damian is a design leader and founder of Big Motive, a strategy and design company based in Belfast and Dublin. He leads a team that uses human-centred design to create products, services and ventures for clients including the HSE, Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, a range of Irish government organisations, adidas America and the BBC. Damian’s focus is on aligning strategy and design to deliver meaningful outcomes, and raising the bar for creativity in an increasingly complex world.
