How International Collaboration Sparks Innovation

What happens when two colleges in Canada and Scotland come together to solve a real workforce challenge? This session explores how Durham College and Ayrshire College turned an international partnership into an immersive learning solution for aerospace turbine engine training. The project brought together business development, applied research and academia to create a digital twin that gives learners a practical way to explore engine components in an immersive environment. The session will share what made the partnership work and what others can take from the experience to create impactful, international and innovative solutions.
